During that remediation project, we worked with several other contractors (e.g., drywalling, painting, etc.), and Stephen was, hands down, the most professional and pleasant of the bunch. He was transparent and fair in his pricing, was responsive to our concerns and our schedule, and was a real pro when it came to explaining the issues and the associated fixes and fees.
