During that remediation project, we worked with several other contractors (e.g., drywalling, painting, etc.), and Stephen was, hands down, the most professional and pleasant of the bunch. He was transparent and fair in his pricing, was responsive to our concerns and our schedule, and was a real pro when it came to explaining the issues and the associated fixes and fees. Stephen even took our calls with follow-up questions while he was on a hiking trip out of state. Stephen designed and installed a modern heating system, which includes two new ceiling-mounted air returns and a relocated thermostat. I have sensitive hearing, but this new system is so quiet in operation that I have no issues sleeping.
